Great Doctors and Nurses ! Still waiting for results from my colonoscopy
The doctors and nurses are absolutely amazing, unfortunately, the office staff leave a lot to be desired. They are rude and nasty! For their website stating how important screening for colon cancer is, their policies do not reflect the same! If you are overweight and BMI is close to their cut off of 47, you are REQUIRED to gave a “weight check prior to the procedure. I get, BUT you can ONLY have the weight check done at their facility! When you try to go, you are told they only do weight checks from 9 AM til NOON! This is NOT OK! They are telling people that you are not significant because you gave a weight issue. It’s discriminatory and now I feel I have to change my GI doctor who I’ve seen since 2009 because of this! I am a Stage III colon cancer survivor, with a very strong family history so this procedure is a MUST!
I thought the DR.s and staff were great. My experience was seamless. I was presently surprised to get an appointment so soon. Everyone was professional and experienced, and that was a comfort!! I would recommend your practice to all my family and friends. Thank you everyone.👍😁😎
