Dr. Kamal Baig is a board-certified gastroenterologist who brings advanced training, compassion, and clinical excellence to Seaside Endoscopy Pavilion in Lewes, Delaware. He earned his medical degree from The George Washington University School of Medicine and completed his residency in Internal Medicine at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital, followed by a fellowship in Gastroenterology at Temple University Hospital.

Dr. Baig specializes in the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of a wide range of digestive disorders. He is dedicated to patient-centered care—taking time to educate, listen, and tailor treatment plans to each individual. His special interests include colorectal cancer screening, inflammatory bowel disease, and quality improvement in endoscopy.

Before joining Seaside Endoscopy Pavilion, Dr. Baig contributed to several academic research projects focused on improving endoscopic outcomes and patient safety. He continues to bring evidence-based expertise to every patient encounter.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Baig enjoys golfing and spending time with his wife, son, and three dogs. He is proud to serve the southern Delaware community with skill, integrity, and a genuine commitment to his patients’ well-being.
